Extra espenses to be paid on location:
Obligatory: final cleaning of the house: € 40
Choice: Infra-weekly cleaning, transfer to / from airport, heating, firewood, extra changes of linen, laundry service, purchase of goods
Rules of payment
The shortest term of lodging is for 2 nights. During July and August – 4 nights.
On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon.
Paymenti: :20% at the moment of booking and the balance on arrival.
Animals are admitted without extra expense, but it is necessary for their presence to be approved (contacts) before reservation (lions, tigers and rhinos not allowed). The guests are responsible for whatever damage the animals may cause to persons or property. There will be no problem if the animals are docile and do not disturb the peace.
